ICFAD's 2005 Triennial International Conference will be held in London, England, in collaboration with the European League of Institutes of the Arts (ELIA).

Hotel deposits: The deadline for hotel deposits for the London Conference is extended! To guarantee accommodations at Thistle Kensington Palace, please complete a registration form and fax it to ICFAD by March 25 (fax 814-865-2018). Our contract with Thistle Kensington Palace calls for 25% of each person's full stay in early April. Thus we have not yet charged for deposits; in late March we will calculate your deposit based on the length of your stay and contact you before processing the charge. Deposits will then be forwarded to Thistle Kensington Palace. After early April, Thistle Kensington Palace will accommodate additional guests based on availability.

Payment for the remainder of your stay is due upon your arrival to Thistle Kensington Palace. For those who wish to be billed for conference and/or participant fees, rather than have your universities send us payment, we will forward invoices in April. Refunds:  Hotel deposit refund information is noted on the London Symposium registration form.  Conference registration fees will be refunded in full if requests are received by April 1, 2005.  After April 1, a portion of registration fees may be refunded based on pre-paid activities and our timeframes for site guarantees and tickets.
