College Council of Arts and Sciences (CCAS) Agreement
In 2006, ICFAD and CCAS held a joint annual conference in Boston with the intent of sharing ideas and talents between the two organizations. Based on this successful venture, ICFAD and CCAS Boards entered into an agreement that would benefit all members.

ICFAD now offers an associate membership to CCAS members in good standing. As associate members, CCAS deans can enjoy benefits of the organization including discounted conference registration, but would not have voting privileges. In turn, ICFAD members in good standing can, upon request, receive the membership registration rate for CCAS members to the CCAS Seminar Series.

It was also agreed that:

a) Regular exchange of information would be established between the administrative centers of each organization who are also charged with dissemination to their respective members.

b) Such exchanges would include advance schedules of events, meetings, workshops and seminars, and those projects that would benefit from wider participation.

c) Members’ participation in each other’s events and activities would be encouraged. We welcome our new CCAS associate members and encourage them to participate in our fall conference.
